Refund policy

At Keshavi Sarees, we strive to deliver the best quality products.

Returns & Exchanges:
We only accept returns or exchanges in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered

Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

No Return/Exchange:
We do not accept returns for:
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Change of mind
- Minor design or thread variations

Refund Process:
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method

Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
